How does the estimate process work?

Why am I being charged a service fee?
Most plumbing companies on the Central Coast will probably NOT charge you a service fee. When we arrive, our service fee allows us to thoroughly investigate your plumbing issues right from the start. Afterward, we make sure to fully detail what’s happening in your pipes, and to explain the pros and cons of options available to solve those issues. We pride ourselves on providing a higher standard of service from beginning to end, with total transparency and honesty in our pricing. Does Griffin offer a warranty on its repairs and installations?
We offer the best warranty options and guarantees on the Central Coast. Our 2-year warranty comes standard on all Griffin recommended repairs, plus you have the option to upgrade to our Lifetime warranty. Before any work begins, we’ll clearly outline all of your warranty options. And don’t forget we ensure our work with a “happy today or you don’t pay” guarantee.
