We love the rich history of Olde Towne Nipomo (Did you know that one of the most famous photographs ever taken – Dorothea Lange’s iconic “Migrant Mother” – was taken there?) and that it is home of the world-famous Jocko’s Steak House! We also love the many benefits (including incredible weather, spectacular golf courses, and some of the best day spa’s on the Central Coast) this growing community offers both visitors and residents. I am new to Nipomo and in Trilogy. We purchased the full water filtration system offered by Pelican. It looked very complicated and several parts including 2 large filters, a smaller filter, a light tube for germs and many valves. We had a pipe burst in our laundry room and James showed up right away, assessed the situation and had our water back on that evening. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pretty good salesman! This morning we had a technician from Griffin Plumbing, a young man by the name of James, come out to assess a water heater situation for us. He was able to determine quite quickly that it was faulty, and needed replacing. He also as part of his thorough work process, was able to see that the pressure regulator into the home was actually defective as well, which posed the potential of additional problems with appliances within our home. He performed a very nice installation, and maintained a good attitude while doing the work. I would strongly recommend Griffin Plumbing to anyone in need.
